Shipping policy

Order preparation and dispatch
Normal orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days after the order is confirmed. Tracking is included. We will send the tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping within Japan
Current standard shipping is ¥550, with free shipping on orders of ¥5,000 or more. For products in the oversize shipping profile, shipping is ¥770, with free shipping on orders of ¥5,000 or more. The shipping method and final charge available for your order are shown at checkout.

International shipping
International shipping options and charges are calculated according to destination and parcel weight and are shown at checkout. Available services are provided through Japan Post. Tracking is included.

Import duties and taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by BeLocal Collection unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Pickup in Kamakura
Pickup is free. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready, and bring your order confirmation and identification when collecting it.
